We hold a corporate Customs Brokers Licence and a number of our staff hold individual Customs Brokers Licences. We are also accredited by AQIS (Australian Quarantine Inspection Service).

Our facilities include full Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) connections with the Australian Customs for highly efficient customs entry preparation. We are able to receive suppliers commercial invoice information direct via EDI, which all leads to a highly efficient clearance process.

As part of our operation we provide full Landed Cost reports, which show the A$ value of individual items in a shipment, making allowance for duty, freight, clearance and other costs, as well as foreign currency exchange. These are an invaluable tool for importers.
